Refund Policy
- If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at kubramujdeb@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and we will arrange for a replacement.
- Order cancellations are only possible if production of your item has not started. To cancel, please contact us at kubramujdeb@gmail.com as soon as possible.
- As all paintings are unique and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept exchanges or returns. Please ensure you read the product description and check size details carefully before placing your order.
- Only one discount code can be used per order.
